Susanna helps organizations lead transformational change, strengthen execution, and thoughtfully integrate AI to create lasting impact. Prior to founding Aurum, she spent eight years at Verily, Alphabet's health technology company, where she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chairman and Senior Director of Business Operations. Earlier in her career, she advanced through roles at Google and in healthcare consulting. Susanna holds both an MBA and a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan, and a BA from UC Berkeley.
