She has 15+ years of experience across big tech, healthcare, and consulting. She spent 8 years at Verily, an Alphabet company, serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chairman, and as Senior Director of Business Operations. She accelerated execution, elevated decision quality, and strengthened enterprise leadership and efficiency.
Susanna is known for her apolitical partnership, ability to read both the strategic landscape and the human dynamics beneath it, and data-driven problem solving. She works with leaders through inflection points, portfolio shifts, and complex cross-functional challenges, bringing operating discipline and interpersonal intelligence that galvanize progress.
